Post-Arrival Support
Landing is just the beginning. We stay with you until you’ve truly settled in.
The first few weeks in a new country come with a long list of practical tasks that no amount of pre-departure planning can fully prepare you for: opening a bank account, registering with your university, finding your way around campus, and simply adjusting to a different pace of life. Our post-arrival support service means you’re not figuring this out alone. We stay connected with our students after they land, helping them move from “just arrived” to genuinely settled.
What’s included
- Guidance on opening a local bank account and setting up essential services
- Support navigating university registration, orientation, and campus systems
- Advice on local transport, accommodation logistics, and day-to-day living
- Check-ins during the first weeks to address any challenges as they come up
- Cultural adjustment support, helping you settle into a new social and academic environment
How it works (process steps):
- Arrival check-in — We confirm you’ve landed safely and connect on any immediate needs.
- Settling-in support — We guide you through banking, registration, and other early administrative tasks.
- Ongoing check-ins — During your first weeks, we stay in touch to help resolve questions or challenges as they arise.
- Long-term availability — Even after you’ve settled, we remain a point of contact for guidance as new questions come up.
Why it matters:
A student who feels supported in their first weeks abroad settles faster, focuses sooner on their studies, and is far less likely to feel isolated or overwhelmed. This is the stage that turns “I made it abroad” into “I’m actually thriving here,” and it’s why our support doesn’t end at the airport.
